How to Use
1. Before Use :
Press down the battery cover to open it and install two AAA size 1.5V alkaline batteries
paying attention to the battery polarity. Close the battery cover.
Cover the holder cap on top of the unit and insert the mouthpiece.
2. Breath Alcohol Test
Display Description Display
Press the power button, and the unit is turned on with
Start a beep and displays the accumulated test count.
[00~99. In case of Re-test, test count will not be displayed.]
The unit will commence a start-up process to restabilize
the alcohol sensor automatically. The display window will
Start-up undergo a countdown sequence from [19] to [00] for about
19 seconds.
[From [08] to [00] for about 10 seconds in case of Re-test]
Blow Steadly to the mouthpiece with one deep breath for at
least 3 seconds, until you hear two short beeps after a long

Please be careful not to let the saliva enter into

When sampling is over, the unit displays during

and Display After completion of analysis, the unit will display
g/l( ) measured Blood Alcohol Concentration in three digits
[0.xx] for 15 seconds and shut off the power.
If the power button is pressed within2 minutes,
Re-Start
the unit will start up in Re-test mode.
Alerts
Display Meaning Description
Battery Low The battery power is low. Please replace the batteries
Flow Error The breath sample was not steadly enough. Please try
sampling again with Soft and steady breath
If sampling is not performed in 20 seconds at Ready-to-Test
Time Out
mode, the unit displays [Er] and shuts down.
The unit requires recalibration or maintenance.
